CAR LOAD OF GOODS STOLEN AT WALMART - 2019-005467
May 16, 2019

On May 10th, this female suspect entered Walmart in Moline, grabbed a small shopping cart and went all around the store putting merchandise in it.  When it was full she put the items in a larger shopping cart and continued around the store filling it up with more goods.  She grabbed a wheeled cart off the shelf and filled it up as well.  She exited the store and loaded everything into a gold sedan similar to a 2000’s Toyota Camry that was waiting for her at the doors, and jumped into the passenger side.  Walmart staff are still working on calculating the total value of the items stolen, which certainly will end up being a felony amount.  The suspect is described as having blonde hair, and she was wearing a black jacket and blue jeans. ATM SKIMMER FOUND IN EAST MOLINE - 2019-002088

COINS STOLEN IN EAST MOLINE BURGLARY - 2019-001782

On April 12th, East Moline Police took a report of a burglary at a home in the 600 block of 3rd Avenue.  Sometime within the past two months, someone had entered the house and took uncirculated buffalo nickels and old quarters valued at over $2,000. The victim and his family had been collecting the coins for over the past 30 years. GRAFFITI DAMAGE AT PVHS

WALLET STOLEN AT PANERA - 2019-004576

On April 20th, Moline Police took a report of a wallet that came up missing while the victim was at Panera.  The person suspected of taking the wallet is described as a black female in her late 40’s to early 50’s wearing a black hat, white shirt, blue jacket, blue jeans and black and white shoes.  The suspect used the victim’s debit and credit cards at the Walmart stores in Moline and Geneseo. While at the Moline Walmart the suspect took the cash and cards out of the wallet and threw the wallet in a trash can.  The suspect purchased about $1,500 worth of gift cards at the Moline Walmart with the stolen credit card and over $2,600 was charged at the Geneseo Walmart. If you know who she is call the tip line 309-762-9500 or submit a tip using the P3 Tips app.  All tips are anonymous and you could earn a cash reward.

PAWN SHOPS BURGLARIZED IN MOLINE - 2019-004357

On April 15th at 3:03 AM, Moline Officers responded to an alarm at Pawn King, 721 19th Avenue, and found the front door glass had been shattered. Nothing had been stolen; however, the suspects made an unsuccessful attempt to access the jewelry in a glass case. Video showed the pictured black males arrive in a black 4-door Chevrolet sedan with chrome window trim and some type of illuminated light mounted on the dashboard (similar to Uber or Lyft).  This same date at 2:53 AM officers responded to an alarm at EZ Pawn, 1620 Avenue of the Cities, and found the front door glass had been shattered and the door was pried open. CLERK STRUCK AT GIT N GO EAST MOLINE - 2019-001631

East Moline Police need help identifying two females who came into the Git N Go on April 4th.   The female with the pink hair got upset and threw a credit card scanner at the clerk, hitting her in the arm, leaving a mark. BAD CHECKS WRITTEN AT MENARDS IN MOLINE AND DAVENPORT - 2019-004015

WETZELS PRETZELS QUICK CHANGE THEFT - 2019-002655

MOTORCYCLE STOLEN IN DAVENPORT - 2019-25934

CARS BURGLARIZED IN MOLINE NEIGHBORHOOD - 2019-004138

On April 9th an alert citizen observed that there were two suspicious males walking the neighborhood in the 3400 block of 54th to 56th Streets in Moline.  A victim reported that someone entered his unlocked vehicle while it was parked in his driveway though nothing was missing.  Officers located discarded personal items on the sidewalk that were probably stolen from another vehicle.  One of the suspicious subjects was captured on video. He is described as white, around 5`10" tall, thick build, and he had long hair that appears to go down to the back of the neck. The subject was wearing a gray zip up fleece jacket with a hood, with the chest area of the fleece being a two-tone darker color then the rest of the fleece. The suspect is also wearing gray skinny pants or jogging pants with a black vertical stripe down the side, and black shoes with white soles. The subject is carrying a backpack. FELONY THEFT AT VERIZON - 2019-003348

MOTORCYCLE THEFTS REPORTED IN BETTENDORF

On February 26, 2019, someone stole this motorcycle from the parking lot at Chateau Knoll Apartments in Bettendorf between the hours of 10:30 AM and 2:00 PM.  The bike is described as a metallic blue 2015 Harley Davidson Sportster 1200.  It is valued at $11,000.  Two other motorcycles have been stolen in Bettendorf as well:  On February 16, 2019 a silver 2015 Yamaha was stolen at Chateau Knoll and on February 21, 2019, a red 1992 Harley Davidson 883 was taken from the 900 block of State Street.  If you know who stole these bikes or where they are located, call the tip line 309-762-9500 or submit your tip using the app P3 Tips.  All tips are anonymous and you could earn a cash reward.

7-ELEVEN CREDIT CARD FRAUD - 2019-003051

On March 21, 2019, the victim accidentally left her debit card behind in 7-Eleven in Rock Island. By the time she realized it was missing and cancelled the card, the suspects had attempted to use it at 4 locations.  The larger purchases they attempted were declined.  One of the subjects was wearing a gray hoodie with writing in the front of it, a dark stocking cap and had a mustache. The other subject was wearing a blue hoodie. FELONY THEFT AT JCP - 2019-003011

Moline Police responded to JC Penney on March 14th on report of felony shoplifting. One of the individuals was wearing an all-black Adidas sweat suit and had green dreadlocks. The other individual was wearing a gray sweatshirt with black sweatpants. Both of the suspects entered the business with their hoods up.  Loss prevention staff found this to be suspicious and followed them into the athletic clothing section. Both suspects made multiple selections of merchandise. They then went to shoe department and concealed more merchandise. The suspects exited the store without paying. GARAGE BURGLARIES IN MOLINE NEIGHBORHOOD - 2019-002965
March 21, 2019

A resident in the area of the 300 block of 54th Street, Moline, reported that overnight March 5th, someone removed the tarp from his 1988 Ford Mustang and stole the hood from the car which was black with a white racing stripe. The suspect(s) also stole two tachometers, two tires, and a B&M shift knob. The value of the items taken was about $800.  On March 13th another victim who also lives in the 300 block of 54th Street reported that his garage was broken into.  Suspect(s) entered a window above the garage door that was about 10 feet off the ground. CARS BROKEN INTO IN BETTENDORF

BOOST MOBILE BURGLARIZED - 2019-002651

Sometime overnight March 5th into March 6th, Boost Mobile, 409 7th Street, Moline was broken into twice.   Someone broke the glass on the rear door to gain entry and is seen on video taking a jar containing cash donations for someone going through cancer. He is seen leaving the business. A short time later a subject enters the store, smashes a glass display case and takes phones and the cash register. QUICK CHANGE THEFT - 2019-001481

On January 6, 2019, the pictured suspect brought a laptop up to the register at Walmart in Moline to purchase it.
