On July 29, 2020, Moline Police responded to the 500 block of 16th Ave where a 10-year old child on his bike was hit by a black car. The car never stopped and was last seen driving south in the 1600 block of 7th Street. The child sustained minor injuries and was treated and released.  The bike was destroyed. The driver was described as a white male in his 30’s, with a long red beard. CAR SET ON FIRE IN ROCK ISLAND - 2020-006509

THEFTS OCCURRING AT CONSTRUCTION SITES IN BETTENDORF

Breasia Terrell is a 10-year-old girl from Davenport who was last seen in the 2700 block of East 53rd Street in Davenport, Iowa during the early hours of July 10th, 2020. PEDESTRIAN INJURED IN HIT AND RUN - 2020-005824

On July 1st at about 9:30 pm, Rock Island Police were called to the area of 17th Street and 10th Avenue on a hit and run accident.  A 48-year-old female was struck by a car that then left the scene.  The victim sustained a life-threatening head injury and was airlifted for treatment.  The car is described as a white 4-door sedan.  It would have sustained front end damage including a missing headlight. MURDER OF KAMERON MOORE - 2020-005066

On April 23rd, a retail theft occurred at Walgreens, 1301 Ave of the Cities, East Moline. This subject, a male black wearing a dark jacket, dark pants, a grey and white beanie and a mask entered the store. He walked around for a few minutes then grabbed a gift bag off of the shelf. He then walked placed approximately 20 boxes of the allergy pills in the bag and walked out of the store without paying for them. HELP ID SHOPLIFTER AT $ GENERAL STORES - 2020-001266

On April 12,2020 between 9:00 and 9:30 AM, this suspect stole items at the Dollar General stores at 647 Avenue of the Cities, East Moline and 4110 Avenue of the Cities, Moline.  In both cases he picked up Dollar General tote bags and filled them with merchandise.  The suspect is described as male, black, possibly between the ages of 25-30.  He was wearing black sunglasses, a black hoodie and tan shorts with black compression pants underneath.  He was also wearing a blue face mask.  The suspect left each store driving an older brown Chevy Impala with front end damage. INTRUDER IN JOHN DEERE FACILITY - 2020-002236

On February 26, 2020 at about 2:00 AM, Security at a John Deere facility called Moline Police reporting there was an intruder in the building.  Security personnel found him hiding behind a chair in the lobby area.  He was asked to leave the building.  Later, security personnel saw him on surveillance cameras once again. He had apparently re-entered the building.  There was no report of anything being stolen or damaged. THEFT AT HERITAGE BRIDGE POINTE - 2020-003444
